This weeks plan will focus on feint moves to get into the space behind defenders. We included some challenging combinations of moves for our more advanced players. Jump into our fitness activity with Coach Bri and get fit for training.

This week's plan is focused on Stops and Starts moves.  Our players are looking to freeze a defender then accelerate into space.  These are very simple and effective moves that all ages can master with practice.  Coerverkids can use all the surfaces of their feet in a creative ways.

This week's plan is focused on using the sole of the foot in ball manipulation. We have both a forward feint move and a sharp change of direction that unbalances defenders and creates space. Watch our AZ College players demonstrating a great ball mastery using all surfaces of their feet. This week we will provide skill challenges on social media showing off 'slap cuts'!

This week's Monday Moves Plan is focused on change of direction moves in a progressive plan including ball mastery, moves and fitness. There is a simple basic move which every player should have in their toolkit along with a more advanced move that is amazing when done right. Check out our trainers, College players and Coerverkids doing these moves and other combinations along with fitness. This week we will provide additional skill challenges on social media which will include a contest and voting for best 'Elastico' move!

This week's plan is focused on perfecting the basic feint moves in a progressive plan including ball mastery, moves and fitness. Players need to perfect these basic moves at SPEED with both right and left foot. The advanced move this week is a real 'ankle breaker' when done correctly. Check out our trainers, College players and Coerverkids doing these moves along with fitness to build speed. This week we will provide additional skill challenges on social media.
